Robin@ManageYourProp.com

Robin is a partner in Management Solutions who brings over 18 years experience in Management and Customer Service to our business. She was a co-owner of a Repair and Maintenance Plumbing Company which she co-created from the ground up. Since her first job at age 15 she has always learned the importance of having passion for what she does and brings integrity to all those she serves.

Robin’s experience in the Plumbing Industry has made her a more experienced property manager in the ability to work well with vendors, to understand the complexity of service calls and to put herself in both the client’s and resident’s shoes. This invaluable knowledge has saved our clients tens of thousands of dollars.

As an experienced Property Manager she has assisted our clients in turning their buildings from Apartments into Condominiums. Having hands on experience of the property enabled her to lead her client through the conversion process in a painless manner. Robin has worked with Engineers, City Planners, HOA budget consultants, Title Companies, Real Estate Agents and the Dept. of Real Estate to facilitate the conversion process.

Robin’s experience as a Real Estate Development Consultant has enabled her to work on the development and execution of Raw Land parcels into fully entitled parcels both in the residential and commercial field. She worked with and coordinated Civil, Mechanical, Structural Engineers and Architects to bring the project to fruition. She represented the Developers with City Council, City Planners and Engineers.

She has also worked with Attorneys to form the HOA and its budget. Included in this work has been parcel mergers, easements and securing a final Subdivision Map.

The variety of work Robin has performed is what keeps the passion for her work ignited. She enjoys her experiences from leasing rentals to new resident, to the execution of their lease agreement to helping them find the next step up as their family grows or their job moves them to a new town. There is nothing more rewarding for her than the smile and Thank You of a resident who feels fortunate to have crossed our paths.
